Cancellation Policy

The Opening Policy Payment is due in full at booking. You'll select your session time from my calendar at checkout. Online sessions are conducted via Zoom; a link will be sent after booking. In-person sessions follow the travel and weather policies outlined below. Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the session and are non-refundable. Sessions are non-refundable once completed. Weather (in-person only) Sessions are held outdoors. If weather conditions are unsafe or unsuitable, I will reach out to reschedule at no charge. Travel (in-person only) Travel within 20 miles of Vienna, VA is included. Additional travel is billed as follows: 21–40 miles: $30 41–60 miles: $60 Beyond 60 miles: custom quote Travel fees can be paid at checkout. If not paid at checkout, I will send a payment link, which must be paid prior to your scheduled session.
